The Company purchases and stakes ETH to generate protocol-native yield and participates directly in the Ethereum network. What we do
Ethereum treasury & staking (institutional grade)
We manage and grow an ETH treasury and delegate stake exclusively to institutional-grade validators that target near-100% uptime with slashing protections. Custody is through tier-1 providers using multi-sig and audited smart contracts.
AI Infrastructure: High-performance computing (HPC) & colocation
Through our HPC platform (formally branded WhiteFiber), we design and operate data centers and cloud solutions for AI training and inference workloads—supported by renewable energy in Canada, and Iceland.

Dual exposure
Bit Digital shareholders gain exposure to two of the most important innovations of our time–Ethereum and AI. Non-dilutive capital lever
Bit Digital’s company structure prioritizes shareholders’ “ETH-per-share.” Unlike other ETH treasuries, with its majority ownership of WhiteFiber, Bit Digital has a unique mechanism it can deploy to preserve shareholder’s per-ETH ownership while raising capital. In other words, Bit Digital’s answer to the risks of ETH dilution, is a commitment to preserve ETH density. In practical terms, Bit Digital can grow total ETH on its balance sheet while keeping the shareholder base intact. This is a lever pure-play ETH treasuries do not have. We believe this makes Bit Digital the first ETH treasury to combine dual-exposure to ETH and AI with a non-dilutive capital structure to preserve per-share ETH density.
